Our product
P&B have developed a process of high integrity resistance welding that provides a continuous Ag contact or Ag alloy contact, precision located according to design requirements throughout a coil of ferrous or nonferrous strip, prior to a stamping process.
P&B is one of the few suppliers able to provide a choice of in-lay or on-lay strips (also known as top-lay).
Our multi-stripe production process suits manufacturers who need a traditional bimetal product. Efficient and economical, it creates a precious metal layer flush or semi-flush with the base strip surface.
For value engineering projects our on-lay process can offer substantial savings by converting from traditional in-lay to on-lay manufacture.
