Our product
A process of friction bonding that provides a continuous Ag contact or Ag alloy contact surface, precision located through a coil of ferrous or nonferrous alloy strip, prior to a stamping process.
P&B can provide a choice of in-lay or over-lay strip using this process.
Our multi-strip in-lay production process suits designers and manufacturers who need a traditional Ag alloy or copper in-lay product. Efficient and economical, it creates a silver layer flush with the strip surface.
The in-lay process can optimise value engineering projects by offering a wider range of Ag alloy and multi-stripe options which can be located on either side of the process strip.
