Our product
P&B manufacture high precision wire welded contact assemblies. The process uses a solid Ag wire or Ag alloy wire that is positioned with high accuracy on the base material according to your design requirements.
The process uses resistance welding technology to create a high integrity weld between the different materials.
The wire can be applied vertically or horizontally against your specific application and design requirements. This method of contacting is an efficient way of manufacturing a component with optimised precious metal usage to control costs.
